Terms of Service

1. Use of the Service

• You must be at least 18 years of age and have authority to connect the HubSpot portal you use with the Service.
• You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not use the Service to violate any applicable laws or HubSpot's own Terms of Service.

2. HubSpot integration

The Service connects to your HubSpot portal using OAuth. By authorising the connection, you grant TRoo Audit read-only access to the scopes listed in our Setup Guide. We do not write to, modify, or delete any data in your HubSpot portal.

3. Accounts

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at support@trooinbound.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Intellectual property

The Service and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by TRooInbound and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely accurate.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, TRooInbound shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@trooinbound.com.

8. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
